A couple of weeks ago, I posted my first documentary portrait session, of an adorable little girl named Charlotte. I was really happy with the way the images I captured that day, so you can imagine how much I looked forward to photographing a full Day In The Life session with the rest of her family.
The Morales family opted to have me photograph their session on a week day, so only Charlotte and her mother Cassie were there when I arrived first thing on Friday morning because the rest of the family was already at school/work. However, the house didn't stay empty for long. Throughout the day, a steady stream of friends and family came to visit. Throughout the morning I photographed Charlotte while she jumped on a trampoline, pretended to cook meals, and played with Play-Doh with all of her visitors. Charlotte's two older sisters and dad came home late in the afternoon, and the Morales family spent the rest of the evening playing on the trampoline (I've never see a trampoline get so much play in my life!), sharing pizza, and challenging each other to Wii dance offs.
As expected, I captured some amazing images of the Morales family that day. You can see their Day In The Life session in the video below.
As always, thanks for stopping by!
